Pass a seller slug such as hubspot, or its HTTPS G2 seller URL, in id, url or handle. Multiple supplied identifiers must agree. Each fresh request retrieves one exact public seller page through the existing basic Firecrawl transport. Company fields include public name, description, headquarters, founding year, ownership and website when displayed. rating and review_count come from explicit seller-header text, not rounded star graphics. Missing fields remain null; a displayed zero review count remains zero. Website links are returned without visiting the company website. products.items contains the main portfolio’s cards, excluding the featured block. Product descriptions are excerpts; displayed review counts are retained and unavailable exact ratings remain null. Use products_page 1–100 with products.next_page. The full product total is unknown. reviews.items contains cross-product review teasers in the public page’s native most-recent order: source ID, title, excerpt, date, displayed reviewer name and product identity. These are not full review bodies. Exact individual review ratings remain null. Use reviews_page 1–10 with reviews.next_page. Product and review pages are independent and can be supplied together. source_has_more reports whether that list exposes a Next link. truncated marks the configured product-page ceiling, or the ten-page review-preview limit when the aggregate count exceeds the visible preview window. The aggregate count does not establish that every review can be retrieved publicly. A seller with zero displayed reviews and an explicit empty-state message returns an empty review array. The adapter validates source/canonical URL, seller IDs, selected pages, review IDs and both streams’ continuation links. Mismatched IDs, unsupported parameters or page ranges return 422. Source failures leave no net SocialQuery charge; cache hits and successful idempotent replays are free.
