Get one Sephora US category by its cat-number. Returns the category identity, description and immediate child categories. The source category ID must match the request. A successful uncached call costs 1 credit. Failed requests and cache hits cost zero. The service reads the completed source dataset with one extra row to detect truncation before returning a directory. It returns an upstream error instead of silently truncating responses beyond 500 source records. Totals count the current source response; store searches are limited to the requested area. Unknown fields remain null.
