List the root categories in Sephora’s US catalog. Each record includes its category ID, name, public URL and observed child-category flag. Use category/data for a root category’s children. This is not a flattened list of the entire category tree. A successful uncached call costs 1 credit. Failed requests and cache hits cost zero. The service reads the completed source dataset with one extra row to detect truncation before returning a directory. It returns an upstream error instead of silently truncating responses beyond 500 source records. Totals count the current source response; store searches are limited to the requested area. Unknown fields remain null.
