GET
Jobs Linkedin Organizations
Find the LinkedIn organization IDs used by its public job-search company filter. Supply query, a company or school name of 1–200 characters. For example, Google resolves to 1441 and Harvard University to 1646 in the verified source fixtures. Each suggestion contains id, display_name and source_type. Pass an ID as organization_ids to /v1/jobs/linkedin/search; separate multiple IDs with semicolons. This adapter reads LinkedIn’s native public job-filter typeahead without a member account, cookie or API key. Companies and schools share the native COMPANY namespace. source_type preserves that source label; it is not a claim that a university is a commercial company. We do not infer organization categories, slugs, profile URLs or follower counts from names. Native tracking IDs are omitted. The source normally returns ten suggestions in its own order. This is not an exhaustive organization directory. It supplies no total or continuation, so total and next_cursor remain null. Empty native arrays are valid; login/challenge HTML, malformed records or throttling are errors. The direct public LinkedIn job provider shares a 20-request/minute limit, with a 20-second deadline and a 256 KiB response limit. When that source is unavailable from the hosting region, the existing Oxylabs Web API transports the same exact public JSON URL, with a 35-second deadline and ten fallback reads/minute. Its source URL, status and JSON shape are verified independently. The fallback shares the existing non-resetting 50-request trial ceiling with the Amazon adapter; exhausted capacity fails closed. Only Oxylabs receives its configured credential. Redirects are rejected. A fresh nonempty list costs 1 credit. Empty lists, failures, cached results and successful idempotent replays cost zero. Use X-Max-Credits: 1. No new key or paid plan is required. Direct suggestions are keyless; fallback capacity is limited to the existing approved Oxylabs trial allowance.
